1. Tuna and Mayonnaise Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- Sandwich bread
- 200g canned tuna (drained)
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Procedure:
- In a bowl, mix the tuna with the mayonnaise, capers, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a slice of bread and cover with another slice.
- Cut into triangles and serve.
2. Ham and Cheese Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- Sandwich bread
- 150 g of cooked ham
- 100 g of cheese (such as Emmental or Fontina)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Arugula or salad
Procedure:
- Spread a thin layer of butter on a slice of bread.
- Place the ham, cheese and a few rocket leaves on top.
- Cover with another slice of bread and cut in half.
3. Vegetarian Hummus Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- Sandwich bread
- Hummus (prepared or purchased)
- Roasted peppers
- Grilled courgettes
- Fresh spinach
Procedure:
- Spread a generous layer of hummus on a slice of bread.
- Add the peppers, zucchini and spinach.
- Cover with another slice of bread and cut into triangles.
