The famous torta Botlikh! Don’t be happy! Simple and delicious!

Preparation Method:
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt and baking soda.
Add the sugar, egg, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
Gradually add the flour and work with your hands until the mixture forms a soft dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
In a food processor, finely chop the walnuts with 50g of sugar. Set aside.
Blend the apricots and the remaining sugar until a thick paste forms. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-assisted).
