Mix the flour with the yeast. Mix the eggs, salt, and sugar with a hand whisk until smooth, then add the water. Gradually add it to the flour and yeast mixture, then mix well with a hand whisk.
Add the grated cheese, herbs, and crushed garlic, and mix well with a spoon.
The pancake batter is now ready and is fried in the pan as usual.
