Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon (frozen overnight)
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk or condensed coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Pinch of salt
