✅1. Wash the lemons thoroughly
Choose organic lemons to avoid pesticides. Wash them with Common’eau by rubbing their skins well, or soak them in a mixture of eau de coulis and vinegar for optimal disinfection.
✅2. Freeze whole or slice.
Whole: Place the lemons in a freezer bag and place them directly in the freezer.
Sliced: Finely slice them, remove the seeds, and then place them on a plate to prevent the cells from sticking together. After freezing, transfer to an airtight container.
✅3. Arrange or mix as desired.
Once frozen, lemons are easy to grate. Use a fine grater to retrieve the skin and pulp, or chop them into small pieces to add to your preparations.
✅4. Use in your recipes
