Stir-Fried Zucchini and Mushrooms with Rice



Instructions:
Cook the Rice: Prepare white rice according to package instructions.

Sauté the Vegetables:

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add garlic, then the mushrooms. Cook until they begin to soften (about 3–4 minutes).

Add zucchini and stir-fry until just tender (about 3–4 more minutes).

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Stir well and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Assemble:

Place a mound of rice in the center of the plate.

Surround it with the stir-fried zucchini and mushrooms.

Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
