Mix the milk with the flour over low heat to obtain a cream.
Dissolve the sugar and dry yeast in the milk.
Put the sifted flour in a bowl and add the salt, the milk and flour mixture (the previously processed cream), the yeast dissolved in the milk, the egg, the butter and knead.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Work the dough with the flour and divide it into 8 parts.
Roll out the pieces with a rolling pin, brush with butter, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Close the dough as shown in the video and form into rolls. Let the rolls rise for 40 minutes.
Then brush the egg over the dough and bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
