Ingredients:
15 g salt
15 g vegetable stock, granulated
220 g sour cream or sour cream
220 g white balsamic vinegar
300 g water
50 g sugar
350 g natural yogurt, 0.1% fat
70 g mustard
250 g oil
¼ tsp black pepper, ground
e.g. herbs (salad)

1. First, combine the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and vegetable stock in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend for 5-8 seconds with a hand blender (10 seconds/speed 5).
