Pioneer Woman Cheeseburger Pie


Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess grease. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the cooked beef and onion mixture in the bottom of the prepared pie plate. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until smooth. Pour this mixture over the cheese and beef in the pie plate.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
