PAN DI STELLE CHEESECAKE

 

Add the 80g of Pan di Stelle biscuit pieces to the cream and mix.
Pour half of the cream over the biscuit base and smooth out.
Dip the 12 Pan di Stelle biscuits in milk and arrange them on top of the cream.
Cover with the remaining cream and smooth out the surface.
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
Before serving, dust with bitter cocoa powder and decorate as desired.
