Preparation:
Finely crush the Pan di Stelle biscuits and mix them with the melted butter.
Pour the mixture into a 22 cm springform pan lined with parchment paper. Press down well and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
Soak the gelatin in cold water for about 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mascarpone, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Heat the milk and dissolve the squeezed gelatin in it. Let it cool and add to the cream cheese, stirring well.
Whip the cream and gently fold it into the mixture.
