1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

3 tbsp vegetable oil

2 celery stalks, chopped

2 carrots, sliced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce

1 cup beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
