Tip : In the recipe, I’ve listed the spices I use myself. You can use the spices you always use for grilling or any meat you’ll be roasting in the oven.

Use this spice mix to rub the bacon pieces very well on all sides.

Now take a plastic bag and place the bacon inside. Tie the bag shut, squeeze out the air, and place it in another bag, which we also seal tightly.

 

Place the bacon in a pot of boiling water.

When the water boils again, cook the bacon for 1.5 hours.

Do not remove the bacon until the water in the pot has cooled down.
