1. Simply put the flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast in a bowl and mix.
2. Then add water and oil, then knead it to obtain a sticky dough, cover it in a warm place and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
3. Meanwhile, brush a tray with olive oil. In the evening, crumble the cheese and knead 2/3 of it into the yeast dough.
4. Then place the dough on the baking sheet and flatten it. Then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and oregano. Place in the oven preheated to 200°C and bake for about 40 minutes.
