Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts 🍗
1 cup cooked white rice 🍚
1 avocado, sliced 🥑
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
2 cups lettuce leaves 🥬
2 tbsp Greek yogurt (for dressing) 🥛
1 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro) 🌿

Instructions:
