Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes 🥩🥔😋❤️
Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks
4 potatoes, cubed
4 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear steaks for 2 minutes on each side.
Place steaks and potatoes on a baking sheet.
Melt butter and mix with garlic, pour over steaks and potatoes.
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
