FRIED TOAST

Preparation:
1. Remove the crusts from the sandwich bread slices.
2. Cover 6 slices of bread with the tomato sauce, top with the ham and cheese, and top with a second slice of bread.
3. Beat the eggs with the milk and coat each sandwich with the egg mixture.
4. Coat each sandwich with breadcrumbs on all sides, then transfer to a skillet over medium heat.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side and serve immediately.
