Instructions
In a medium saucepan, add Dr. Pepper, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir frequently until the mixture reaches a boil.
Reduce heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to the desired consistency.
Taste and adjust salt and black pepper as needed.
Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool before transferring to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to one week.
