Classic Donut Recipe

Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
200g (1.5 cups) cake flour
125g (1.5 cup) white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
120ml (1.5 cup) milk
50g (3.5 tbsp) melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 large egg

100g (1.5 cup) white sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
50g (3.5 tbsp) melted butter
Instructions
Preheat:
Oven: Preheat to 180°C (355°F). Prepare bundt pans by spraying with non-stick spray.
Bundt pan: Preheat bundt pan for 5 minutes. Mix the dry ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the cake flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt.
Mix wet ingredients:
Add milk, melted butter, vanilla essence, and egg to the dry ingredients. Beat until the batter is thick and smooth.
Bake:
Oven: Pour the batter into bundt pans and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Donut pan: Pour the batter into the bundt pan and bake for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
