Step 4: Mix the Creamy Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix until the sauce is completely smooth. You can thin the sauce slightly with ¼ cup chicken broth if it seems too thick.
Step 5: Combine Everything
To the sauce bowl, add:
The cooked and drained spaghetti
2 cups shredded chicken
The sautéed veggies
1½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly coated.
Step 6: Assemble & Bake
Pour the entire mixture into your prepared 9×13-inch baking dish.
Smooth it out evenly with a spatula.
Top with the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling around the edges.
