
Blackberry Honeydew with Basil
Instructions
Slice honeydew melon in half and remove seeds. Cut into strips, then slice into bite-sized pieces without cutting all the way through the rind. Remove rind by running a knife along the edge of the base cuts. Arrange on a platter with blackberries.
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and poppy seeds together in a bowl.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and garnish with chiffonade-cut basil leaves. Add a sprinkle of sea salt just before serving.
