
Beef and Veggie Stir-Fry
Instructions
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce (if using), and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir thoroughly to combine.
Toss in the shredded cabbage and matchstick carrots. Cook until the vegetables are just tender, ensuring they retain some crunch.
Serve the stir-fry in bowls. Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
