A natural recipe to clean your arteries and lower cholesterol.

Preparation:

Wash lemons thoroughly, especially non-organic ones. To remove pesticides, soak them in water with a tablespoon of baking soda for 45 minutes.
Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice.
Crush the garlic cloves and grate the fresh ginger.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the remaining lemon zest (or juice).
Add the garlic and ginger to the boiling water, cover, and turn off the heat.
Let steep for 20 minutes, strain, add the lemon juice, and store in a glass container in the refrigerator.

How to take this drink:
Drink 150-200 ml every morning on an empty stomach for 10-14 days. Then take a 10-day break before resuming treatment, if necessary. If the drink seems too acidic, you can dilute it with a little water.

Note: If you suffer from high blood pressure, avoid adding ginger to this recipe.
