Crispy Flatbread with Brie, Cranberries & Toasted Walnuts

Ingredients:
– 1 package of store-bought flatbread
– 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
– 1/2 cup dried cranberries
– 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Arrange the Brie slices evenly over the flatbread.
5. Scatter the dried cranberries and toasted walnuts on top of the cheese.
6. Drizzle honey over the flatbread.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh thyme leaves.
9. Slice into pieces and serve warm.
