For those who like a kick, this spicy beef stew features a blend of spices for extra flavor.
Ingredients:
2 pounds beef stew meat
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
4 cups beef broth
2 potatoes, cubed
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
Salt and pepper to taste
