Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts 

1 cup cooked white rice 

1 avocado, sliced 

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 

2 cups lettuce leaves 

2 tbsp Greek yogurt (for dressing) 

1 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro) 

1 lime wedge 

Olive oil, salt, pepper to taste 



Instructions:
Marinate Chicken – Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Grill – Cook chicken on a grill or grill pan for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Prepare Sides – Cook rice, slice avocado, halve cherry tomatoes, and wash lettuce.
Make Dressing – Mix Greek yogurt with chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
