Turkey Tuna: The Recipe
Ingredients:
For the turkey
Whole turkey breast 1 kg
1 stalk of celery
Carrot 1
Onion 1
Potato 1
Bay leaf 1
1 glass of white wine
Rosemary to taste
Juniper berries to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste 

Sale q.b.
Pepe q.b.
For the tuna sauce
Canned tuna 200g
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 ladle of vegetable broth
Anchovy fillets in oil 4-5
Desalted capers 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
1. Make the vegetable broth: In a saucepan with cold water, add the chopped carrot, celery, onion, peeled potato, a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat for about ten minutes after boiling.
2. Remove the herbs and transfer them to a large pan.
