This recipe is very simple and suitable for any celebration

Recipe:
400g puff pastry,
3 egg whites, 150g baking powder, sugar / or whipping cream /

Preparation:
Roll out the puff pastry to 45 x 32 cm and cut into 3 x 32 cm strips using a pastry wheel. Roll them into logs, brush the tops with egg, and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. This depends on the oven. Remove from the tubes while still hot.


Filling:
Beat egg whites in a saucepan until stiff peaks form and gradually add the sugar. The filling should be thick. Fill with a piping bag and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
