1. 🍋 Lemon Water
Ingredients:
1 glass of warm or room temperature water
½ lemon, freshly squeezed
Instructions:
Squeeze the lemon into the glass of water.
Stir well and drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach.
2. 🌱 Chia Water
Ingredients:
1 glass of water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Optional: lemon juice or honey for taste
Instructions:
Add chia seeds to the water.
Stir and let sit for 10–15 minutes until the seeds swell.
Add lemon juice or honey if desired before drinking.

Ingredients:
1 glass of fresh coconut water (preferably natural, not from concentrate)
Instructions:
Pour the coconut water into a glass.
