Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Boil twisted pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Season chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
Add minced garlic in the last 30 seconds, tossing to coat. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic powder until smooth.
Thin with pasta water if needed for a silky texture.
