Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Linguine
Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve Β½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Cajun Chicken
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 5β6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic powder until smooth.
Thin with reserved pasta water if needed.
Step 4: Combine & Serve
Toss linguine in the sauce until fully coated.
Top with Cajun chicken strips.
Step 5: Garnish
Sprinkle with parsley, extra Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
